Vision and Mission
In the 21st century, Korea is becoming more international and the world more globalized. Thus, this Global ministry exists to reach this Global Ministry exists to reach foreigners residing in Korea, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their own native tongue. Through this ministry, we desire to provide our congregants with the opportunity to share the Gospel with foreigners to open their hearts towards world missions. By so doing, it is our hope that these foreigners will in turn develop a vision for their people and become leaders themselves to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to their own people and country.
Global Ministry Goals
- To provide foreigners a place to worship God freely in their own native language
- To help foreigners grow and mature through cell groups (small community groups) and various bible studies, discipleship trainings and outreach opportunities, etc.
- To expose the church congregation to cross-cultural opportunities

Summer Retreat
Every year in August, the English Youth ministry hosts a two nights and three days summer retreat. The students immerse themselves in the Word of God and have lots of fun, playing games and other activities.
Winter Retreat
We go on a retreat in the beginning of January each year for two nights and three days. This is a great way to start the year!
Outreach Ministry
Once every two months, we visit local university campuses to share the Gospel. This is an event where we can truly experience the power of God working in us.
Hip-hop Dance Ministry
This is a ministry where the students get to praise God through their whole bodies! They prepare dance performances for Christmas events and mission trips.
Christmas Party
Every Christmas, we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ through a big fun party! We have delicious meals and play lots of fun games.
Cell Group Ministry
Classes are divided according to grade/age from grade 1 to grade 6. Students can participate through an interview with the pastor.
Winter/Summer Retreat
Every summer and winter, the students experience God intimately through various programs during the retreat.
Bible Quiz Competition
Through an individual/team Bible quiz competition, students learn how fun and exciting it is to study the Bible and get an opportunity to recite the Scripture.
Talents Market Festival
In May and November, with talents the students have accumulated as they are growing up in Christ, they can taste the joy of the festival of the heavenly kingdom through this event.
Outreach
We share God’s love by participating in foreign and domestic mission trips and social services.
Jerusalem Day
We invite our non-Christian friends to celebrate the birth of Jesus together and give thanks to Him.
Language-based Cell Meetings
There are five cells within M2M Ministry such as Antioch Cell, Cambodia Cell, Myanmar Cell, Multicultural Cell and Praise Cell. These help members grow together through life sharing, QT, prayer, and encouragement.
Mid-week Evangelism
We go out up to three times per week to evangelize foreigners who use food marts or studying in universities in neighboring cities. We help them come to church by introducing to them several free services including Korean Class available within the church. Please refer to the table below and descriptions following it for further information on the services.
Korean Class
Korean Class is a language program available to all foreigners in and out of Global Multicultural Ministry Center. It offers free Korean classes and help students build up relationships with others.
Haircutting Service
Director Kang, Bo Young offers this service to foreign members within M2M Ministry for free every third Sunday.
Medical Service
Medical service members work together with Jiguchon Church medical mission team and offer free medical counseling and treatment as much as possible to foreigners who are suffering from diseases or accidents.
Nursery
We take care of your children so that you can fully focus on worship.
Cell Ministry
We gather together on weekdays or weekends to share the word of God and life as a cell-church, which is the core ministry of our church.
Korean Class
We offer free Korean classes to non-Christian Japanese living in our neighborhood. There are 2 semesters per year (4 months per semester) and it is divided into elementary, middle, and advanced classes.
Kodomokai
We spend time sharing life and teaching Japanese to children’s of Korean-Japanese families or Japanese families. We have variety of Japanese books and games for them to enjoy and learn from, including Japanese fairy tales and picture books.

We meet to share life together through life sharing, QT, prayer, and encouragement.

We have various kinds of cell groups, including sisters, brothers, young-adults, and campuses. In these cell group meetings, we gather to share our life together, meditate on the Word of God and intercede for one another.
Children’s Cell
We teach basic Chinese language, Chinese bible study, and Chinese praise and worship to pre-school and elementary students. We have outing events 3 to 4 times every year.
Leadership Retreat
All leaders in our ministry gather to evaluate, plan, and pray for upcoming year’s ministry.
Spring Outdoor Service
Once every spring, we have an outdoor joint Sunday worship service where we worship God, play games and sports together as we enjoy God’s wonderful creation.
Summer Retreat
We go to a retreat center near the beach for one night and two days to meditate on the Word of God, play by the water, and build relationship with our families and friends.
Thanksgiving Retreat
This is a retreat for all Chinese members who cannot go back to China for Thanksgiving. We join a conference called MCD-Chista, where all Chinese ministries in Seoul and Gyeonggi area gather to have a joint spiritual revival retreat.
VIP Blessing
Every second Sunday of November, we host an evangelism revival meeting to invite non-Christian Chinese people living in our neighborhood to share the message of the Gospel.
New Year’s Festival
We prepare fun games, activities, and delicious food for all Chinese people who cannot go back to China for the New Year’s holiday. We use this opportunity to share the love of Christ with everyone who comes.
